How to lower Cortisol?

Singleton

New member
How can I lower cortisol?

We all know it breaks down our hard earned muscle, so we wanna keep it pretty low.

Now I'm not a biochemist, but what I understand is that cortisol raises 11-beta hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase levels in fat cells, making them more sensitive to insulin.

(Someone else should explain this better. Anyone up for a challenge?)

What can lower cortisol? I'm more interested in naturally lowering cortisol.

I've heard these cortisol:
water
Avoiding stress
sleeping well
Insulin
yoga

I would "IV" EnerG

take maybe 40 grams 3 times daily

its will taste interesting but will work

also try

Phospadyl Serine, but get the pure kind 40% or better

also

take large doses of Vitamin C

all of the above spread evenly

Ah, vitamin C. I'm taking about 3g/day. I'm thinking about trying to get my doc to approve of injectible C. It's virtually impossible to find, but i did find one pharm & they req doctor to actually make the purchase.

Omega, you know, I've been lookin for Glutamine Peptide/BCAA blend.

I've used your product and felt it was effective. I've also used a BCAA blend and felt that it too was effective. So I want a combination of isolated glutamine peptides and BCAAs (and maybe some citrulline malate thrown in).

hmm well its sounds like your on the right track

don't forget to look up the Phos Serine its expensive but proven to work

Lecithin contains both phosphatidyl serine and phosphatidyl choline. It's good and cheap. and doesn't taste bad, either :)
