I am a size 5-6 female about 5'4" tall and 120 pounds. I have a body fat percentage of about 20 percent. I work out every single day and eat very very healthy, about 1000 calories a day. Pretty much, vegetables and chicken, turkey, and fish. What kind of supplements or aids should I try to help me lose the extra fat? I have tried everything. Any advice would be helpful.
