How to lose fat?

I am a size 5-6 female about 5'4" tall and 120 pounds. I have a body fat percentage of about 20 percent. I work out every single day and eat very very healthy, about 1000 calories a day. Pretty much, vegetables and chicken, turkey, and fish. What kind of supplements or aids should I try to help me lose the extra fat? I have tried everything. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you so much!

Have you checked out the stickies at the top of the forum? You may be eating too less & working out too much ... yes, I know it sounds weird, it did to ALL of us before we 'saw the light' ...

What do you do when you work out?
Lifting weights I hope? (NO you cannot 'get big')
Not overdoing cardio?
When you say very very healthy, that means raw veggies, good carbs, healthy fats and minimal processed foods? (canned or prepackaged items to a minimum? Protein choices look good)
Eating small meals every 2-3 hours 5-6 X a day?
Water intake?

Can you list a sample day of eating? Like this?
10 A.M. -
Meal # 1 :
• 4 oz Fit n easy chicken (same as always) Dash Table Salt
• ~1.5 Cup Mixed Veggies (Green Bean Variety with fiesta blend)
• ~2 tbsp ANPB

It is sooooooooo true....almost equal to the sun rising every morning...
I could not help myself and think....
How to lose weight? I don't know why I keep trying to lose weight, yet it keeps on finding me!!!
