How to hit dide delts without lateral raises?

I just injured my wrist and can´t do lateral raises....What´s a good exercise to hit the side delts besides laterar rises?
Thanks

Doesn't sound like you're left with much other than presses if you can even do those with your wrist. You know my gym has a lateral raise machine that makes you press your forearms against two pads, check to see if your gym has one too.

yes, I have this machine in my gym, but since I dont like machines this would be my last choice. I can do presses.

lateral raises are the only exercise that hit the lateral head directly. Maybe upright row but I wouldn't suggest you do them.

I thought upright row too but I bet that hurts the wrist. Presses. Do different ones like Arnold press and there's a ton of press machines like Freak show said what do you think their there for. Machine are great for when your injured. Use em
