I’m looking to gain more strength doing a 5x5 program. I’m going to pick out five of my favorite compound lifting. I plan on doing dips, pull ups, bench press, squats and deadlifts. Those are going to be my main things that I’m going to be doing. Do you think I should stick to 5 sets and 5 repetitions on each every training split, or do you think I should change it up?
