I was wondering how to take something to help with energy dropping during the day
my schedule right now is I get up around 6:15 and walk the dog and then I get ready for work. leave around 8:30 and then I work till about 7:00. I noticed when I get off of work I come home very tired. is there something I can take in the middle of the day to help with energy so I can work out after work
