I work out with weights intensly with supersets for about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs a day and i was wondering if i still need to do 60 min of cardio tro get rid of fat. or is my workout burning good calories along with a 15 min interval cardio workout i do. should i tone down the weighhts for a while until i get bf% down or should i just stick to my routine .or any other suggestions please

You train with weights every day? If so, this is not good. You need rest days in order to recover and grow. Rest days are just as important as lifting days...they are simply part of a workout program.

As far as when to do cardio, do it on days you dont lift or 6-8 hours before/after lifting.

Make sure you have at least 1 day a week where you dont do any cardio or weights though.

Not sure if it's feasible for your schedule but maybe you could work in cardio in the am. Just 20 minutes would be a great kickstart. As i'm sure you know...diet is critical too if you're wanting to drop weight.

I've dropped 43lbs from Feb 20 to Aug 1 of this year. AM cardio, PM lifting.. 5-6 times a week with a strict mealplan. Definitely paid off.
