How to eliminate shin splits wile on cycle??

they are called shin splints, not shin splits.

how do you get them first off? second off there is no known medical cure for them. the best way to prevent them is to not get them in the first place.

wearing good quality shoes.. if you run in old shoes or walmart shoes then thats a good way to get them
certain people are more prone to them, has to do with how you run. blah blah blah people are gonna say don't pronate or pronate more. i've heard every theory and its all bullshit. some guys can run through them, others they will just keep getting worse and worse until you stop.

i went through them as a soccer player in my teens and also as a competitive endurance athletes in my 20's. the only way they went away for me is to rest them. running through them only made them worse .. your friends are gonna tell you to just run through them and you are gonna get shitty advice from them as they don't understand anything about them.

heel striking will actually tend to flare them up.. if you watch the way kenyans run barefoot they do not ever heel strike, they toe strike.. or watch video's of sprinters.

Everything the guys already said above ^^^^

Plus:
Stop using D-Bol and/or Tren.

If you are just now going from training like a Bodybuilder to training like an endurance athlete, then you have a good year or so of pain that will gradually diminish. When I went from training like a Bodybuilder for years, to training MT and BJJ, I had pain from shin splits so bad that the agony made me sit in the locker room for hours rubbing Tiger Balm, and applying Chinese herb and mud patches to each leg, before I could walk out of the gym and troop it to the subway to head home.

actually after thinking about the question i am 99.9% certain the OP is confusing shin splints with shin PUMPS.

shin pumps happen from the blood rushing into your muscle causing a cramping type feeling.
shin splints are inflammation.

they are two totally different things

how do you stop shin pumps? TAURINE needs to be ran especially with tren, var, dbol, and moderate doses of test. n2guard has enough taurine to do the job.

you don't want shin splints bro.. trust me on this. be very glad you've got shin pumps and they will go away once you stop your cycle entirely.

It's shin pumps.. n2guard will sort them out quickly.. you will be glad its only a pump and not shin splints.. they are horrible fuckers.. I only get shin pumps when I have to walk 2miles to my gym on a slight incline.

More water, n2guard and taurine will eliminate them completely
