How to deal with thirst on training?

During training you are supposed to drink littlewater – something about the kidneys not working well enough whenyou train. But I get so damn thirsty – how do I get hydratedwithout drinking much?
 
Indeed, your kidneys are able to process only 100-200mls of water per hour when you train vs the 800-1000 mls per hour innormal conditions. This is the reason you should drink little bylittle. There are two things you can do when training. 1. Drink withlittle sips many times – this will give your body the impressionthat you drink. 2. Wash your mouth with water and then spit it out,like the boxers do in between rounds.
