I know everyone has nondominant body parts (some i dont even want to know what they are) JK! but for real, how do you all cure and somewhat catch up your nondominant tricep or bicep or quads, etc?? What are some exercise routines that you have found to help out any at all?? I am left handed and footed so i usually do two more reps with my right side (bi, tri, legs (except squats LOL!)) But i hate not feeling the total feeling and everything in my right arm that i do with my left and my tri is not as protrusive but its getting better with what ive been doing with the two extra reps. I know site injections would help out but i wonder if there is a way to maybe skip a certain side (right or left but left for me) site injection every other time to give a little edge on te other side?? Would this work or no? Anyway just thought I would get some info! Thanks bros!

Working each side separately is a way to make a difference, but everyone is going to have a slight imbalance. For instance, my right calf is larger than my left and I don't care how much work I do with it, my right calf is just dominant in all my athletic activity.

As for squats, you can do them one legged. Start by holding the bar on the smith machine for balnce and hold the non-working leg in front of you.

Exactly. No one is built perfectly symmetrical. Dumbells are best for symmetry.
