Pull back the plunger, leave the syringe in place. You should see a small air bubble. This is normal. If you see blood enter the syringe than pull out and start over.
what if you see blood and still shoot it in? I did a deca only cycle 10 years ago and didn't aspirate any of the shots... plus I didn't know any better then....

I suppose it's fine, but if you are a beilier in site injection growth than you would want to do 1cc in each, you'll build up quite a bit of scar tissue if you continually use the same site for injections.
Before I knew to aspirate, I must have taking 100 shots without hitting a vein, except maybe one time when I felt feverish after a shot of masteron. I think that it is rare to hit a vein when injecting in the glute. But better safe than sorry.
Shit, last week I aspirated my glute shot and 3 times I pulled some blood into the plunger... not much, but a little... on the third try, I said fuck it and injected... everything went fine. I suspected that I might have hit something on the way though and some blood got into the needle, so when I pulled the plunger back, the little bit of blood came into the syringe.
