How to ask my trainer about taking AAS, ect......

I just switched to a new trainer who has been training folks for years in the business, trains tons of pros and knows their stuff. He knows what my past trainer had me take for my last show and he suggested to see what I can do naturally this time but to be honest my mind has already been introduced to stuff I can enhance with and its hard to imagine winning without it.
Last time I took ECA, CLEN, and a little bit of Winny (not well advised in amounts and suchby my former trainer but won my show)

I am a fitness competitor

5'5", 132 contest, currently 145 with 8 weeks until my show. I just got over the flu which lasted a week so I am hitting the gym now and starting my diet over again.

How do I ask him about taking stuff and do I need to in order to win??? I have 2 big shows coming up and I can't do any worse than first cause I won the first one already/
Any advice for how to talk to him or what to take?

Thanks ladies.

HMMMM...You know, in the real world we might know one another, heck we may even train at the same gym...but you never know in elite world...

Are your girls doing fitness or figure?
Fitness is my thang but I do figure for fun....

My question for WarLobo, since I'm outta touch with fitness competitioins, is why she would need AAS if she's got good genetics and has her diet and training sorted. My memory of fitness is that it does not require you to be ultra lean or ultra muscular to place well. Has the judging criteria changed???? Aside from the fact that most of the women competing in fitness are prolly using AAS because it makes it easier, is this actually necessary in this class?

liltyson19, at ~130lbs you would be heavy enough to compete in open BB class as a heavyweight. Since you're only 5'5" and you claim to get down to 7-8%bf, is it really necessary to maintain any more muscle by using AAS? WarLobo?? Still tough to say without actually seeing you.

What I like about AAS is how they get you a little harder. Trust me I am way too small for bodybuilding...my legs are big but my upper body is small, I would get spanked for real.

Weeeellllll then it sounds like you should invest in a small course of AAS since you really, REALLY want to win this one, and I guess that hardewr is better no matter what class you're in.

liltyson19 if you are doing the SoCal show more likely than not you WILL need AAS to win..but that doesnt mean you will win..i have no idea what u look like now...but i know EVERYONE comes "prepared" so i like your thinking, you arent stupid and think it can be dont natural, technically it can be, but everyone is not natural at these shows, maybe 5% are, and unless they have AMAZING genetics, they dont even place. but fitness isnt all about physique, if your routine sucks or if you mess up, i dont care how much test or anavar you are one, it wont help you win.

and for the people who dont think fitness chics take lots of stuff...i know one VERY well known girl that i used to goto school with in florida and back then (1996) she was doing anadrol and eq and winny...so come prepared hun or dont come at all :)

maybe you could post a pic to see what your body is looking like?
Good luck on your show.
