how shitty can you eat right before a workout

keeping in mind my stomach is fine working out right after eating.

so like, if i eat sushi (simple carbs + tons of fat from salmon and avocado) or like a burrito with rice, chicken, and cheese, and then train hard right after: will i burn a lot of the cals before fat gets stored, or should i avoid the fat preworkout?
 
If your doing Cardio, Id stay away from MOST foods altogether pre- Workout.
But Ive heard that Saturated Fat is and Energy Source like NONE other. Much better than a carb source or even a 'sugar rush' that wears off and I find brings me lower than before.

yea i'm talking about a heavy lifting sesh. this isnt so much about getting energy to lift, as it is tweaking the timing and composition of my cheat meals
 
eat light bro, you'll be stronger when you eat light b4 the lift. The body wont be working as hard shuttling nutrients and digesting food, and therefore you can put more into your lift, seriously. Pig out AFTER, not before. Eat something likea can of tuna and a cup of oats b4, nothing heavy though
