at 41 in my at times not so humble opinion i would go with :

400mg of test enanthate (delatestryl by BTG/Bristrol-Meyers Squibb would be my choice)

GH..4 units daily...5 on 2 off

and if you wanted to throw in another clean drug i would go with
primo, anavar or winstrol depot....
