How often to train bi's

Im working on an eight day split, with four rest days and four work days.
I only work my biceps once during the entire week. On back day. Would i be able to train them once every four days?
 
Day 1
Squat Warm Up, 3,3,3,3,3,1
Calf Raises warm up, 3,3,3,3,3,3,1

Day 2
Rest

Day 3
Rest

Day 4
PL benchpress: Warmup 3,3,3,3,3,1
Incline Benchpress: 3,3,3,3,3,1 (thinking about changing this to 3x8-10)
Tricep Dips: 3,3,3,3,3,1

Day 5
Deadlifts: Warmup, 3,3,3,3,3,1
Bentover Rows 3,3,3,3,3,1 (Substiute with dumbell rows if lower back is to sore)
Barbell Curls 3x8-10
Rope Cable Hammer Curls 3x8-10

Day 6
Rest

Day 7
Rest

Day 8
Push Press: warm up, 3,3,3,3,3,1
Lateral raises: 3x8-10
 
i know this is off subject, but are you training for strength? it seems with that rep scheme you are working on strength a whole lot, its good that you have some hypertrophy specific stuff mixed in. just wondering what your goal was with that style of program.
 
I do an 8 day split and I work Bis directly twice a week and indirectly (on back day) once a week. No probs here.

Here's my split:

Day 1 Legs--squats, SLDL, Calf, Lunges

Day 3 Arms--Saxons, 2 types of curls, tricep pressdowns

Day 5 Back--DLs, Abs, Pullups, Shrugs, Rows

Day 7 Chest & Shoulders --Dips, Side raises, Curls, pec dec, shoulder press

nate, yeah my goals are primarly strength in this phase.

crane. So is worked fine for you? Great. I may put some bi work in on back day and on pushpress day

Yeah bis are small muscles so you can work them twice in 8 days no prob. Like calves. Unlike legs.
