george, how long have you been doing keto diets? With time that dizzy feeling will go away, and you'll be able to train 5 or 6 days in a row without carbs, and feel totally normal.
George, I train hard as well doing DC and I still have gained strength using his program. Its doable and although its not the optimal eating plan for DC training my gains are still very good. Ive maintained my weight at 195 but cut down on bf.
