how much weight gain on this cycle?

Just curious on about how much weight I should gain on a ten week cycle of sus250@500mg a week 10 weeks
Tren 75 for seven weeks 75ED
40mg dbol first five weeks
50mgs winny last six weeks of ten week cycle
600mg per week EQ 12 weeks


I eat healthy and very clean, do everything I am suppossed to do like drink water, etc.. I just started week four and strength is up weight is up only about five lbs. Lean mass, veiny, and muscles are hard as rock.
 
well before the onslaught comes you better say your stats and cycle history...if you are a heavy juice head and are huge maybe only 3 lbs but if this is your first cycle and you are 6' tall and 155 you could gain 25 lbs....you know...you've been on the board for a while now...you know
 
1- 26 yrs old
2- 8 yrs experience bodybuilding
3- 6 foot
4-175 lbs
5- around 8% bodyfat

Was 158 before first cycle took 30mgs d-bol ED for eight weeks. Thats all I could get my hands on. gained twenty pounds.178lbs.

178 Then did 250mg Sus a week for eight weeks. gained about ten pounds. 188lbs.

Currently in fourth week of cycle mentioned in first post up top. weighing in at 192. So far in this cycle i have only gained four pounds. I know it wont be alot but i knew this cycle would give me the lean mass that I would keep.
I take about four protein shakes a day and eat clean. I eat alot. Always have because I am a hardgainer and my metabolism is super fast. Thats why I started the chemical engineering. This is now my third cycle. if you call the first one a cycle.
 
do you keep pretty close tally of your food intake... making sure you are eating for your goals?

For 8 years of experience and in your third cycle (close together?) I would say you should be substantially larger than you are... so I would guess diet first, possible issues with training/rest second

I mean you started a dbol only cycle at 158lbs and 6 ft tall... so either you did it when you first started lfiting or you had been lifting for a long time making zero gains... either way something is amiss
 
well thanks for the info...im gonna say on the safe side maybe 8 when pct is over and all the water retention is out of you...but it could definatly be higher if your cals are through the roof 5000+
 
Diet is key...without the right diet and, of course, training, you might gain a few lbs. at the most.

and IMO your cycle is too big, 500mgs of sust/wk would have been plenty bro...
 
I made slow steady gains over the years all natural. Read alot of poliquin stuff. Had a great lifting partner and did an andro cycle when it was legal. Made good gains. im only 26 but when I graduated at 18 I was 145lbs. The problem with me is everytime I get my weight back up I end up in the field for the military. Just got done with an 18month deployment in Iraq and lost 35lbs. Came home about 158 down from 188.Stress, lack of sleep, Adrenaline dumps and poor choice of food(MRE's) killed my body. I think I was working so much my body went catabolic on itself. Just weighed myself today now weigh 199lbs. I am watching my diet and writing everything down. Would load it up but it would take awhile.
 
Thanks guys. You have all been a great help and it is greatly appreciated. My goal is get my final weight around 230 and lean. Dont want to get bigger than that because i still need to move really reallly fast at times being military. I know wont reach that this cycle but maybe in the summer or next fall.

Yeah, aas is no going to help the slightest...Im just wasting my money. I have always been a hardgainer and I eat everything without gaining any fat or weight. I burn it up too fast. I could never have dreamed of even 180 without aas. never weighed 199 ripped either but if I just eat Ill gain.

Your telling me that I can cut out the EQ, DBOL, Winny and tren and still get the same results? How is that possible this isnt my first cycle.
 
How much weight should I expect to gain off of sus250@ 500/week and eq@ 500/week. I'm 5'11" 160 lbs been working out about two years. I did a prohoromone about a month ago and this is my first steroid cycle.
 
I always gained when I was in Iraq haha it was harder for me to gain stateside cuz they made me run so goddam much. I was also a hard gainer tho, I hovered around 200 until I was out of the corps. Stupid question, but do you go hard on legs? If not it may be more work out related than anything. Beat the crap out of your legs and you could put on considerable weight. When I really started doing legs well I went from 200-240 in a year and a half. Now I'm up over 250 on a pretty similar cycle.
