How much weight during cutting cycles.

how much weight do you guys lose during cutting cycles, what foods do you like to eat what calorie intake and what do you like before bed. I am about 175 and want to get down to under 170 also what snacks do you guys like when hungry before bed a bananna and what else..

current cycle Equipoise 400 mg EW * 15 weeks
 
I am on a cutting cycle, I guess, and I am gaining weight, but losing inches of fat, and lowering my bf percentage,


I don’t necessarily like but eat a lot of protein, and need to stay away from Carbs.


Especially simple carbs


And that means no more snickers and tomorrow is Halloween, who ever said there was no Satan.

Are you 5'2" or thereabouts, and over 40 years old? If not then I am confused by what you want to do and why you are using EQ to do it.

I' am a little over 5'2" and well over 40, closer to 60 and 194#
 
march 2005 was 256 probably like 15-20% BF. started dieting, training harder and cardio 3-5X/week. now everday. anyway went from 256 to 206 today, now probably at about 10%BF. i did a prop, tren ace, letro, T3, winny, clen, proviron cycle from may-end of aug. so to answer your questions i lost about 50lbs.
 
yeah, why? i started eating them almost daily about a month ago. i feel and look better when i add alittle fruit w/ my regular veggies. it doesn't seem to slow down fat loss for me. in fact i have lost more fat in this past month than the previous. i also added Trex too though, so...
 
The TRex bottle actually suggests eating w/ a banana (or some other high potassium source)

Bananas are high in sugar. Specifically fructose. Fructose is a disachride that can only be stored in the liver as glycogen or converted to triglycerides(fat). They are also high GI meaning they will spike your slin levels.
