3-4 hours????? what are you guys doing during that time? refreshing every 2 seconds? i usually post in the morning then check it in the evening, wow you guys got alot of time on your hands, unless your a full time hardcore lifter.

I get on here at work and sometimes at home, its not good and I feel a bit guilty for how much work pay me to surf - then, if I feel like I've had enough I'll give myself an early mark!
