How much time between cycles?

8 weeks off between cycles for me

I've taken off a lot of time due to injuries
but when no injuries I take 6 weeks off after pct

I do cycle + pct with 6 weeks off and sometimes I bridge with sarms

What is the general rule or the recommended time “off” between cycles?

I’m running a test/var cycle followed by a PCT. How much time should I wait before re-upping? Or can I continue the test, but stop the var?

It's the length of the cycle + PCT = time off
