I am in my hypertrophy phase and I eat one 14 oz steak every weekday. I tried filet mignon but I switch to new york strip now. not as lean as filet mignon but cheaper. just cut off the fat close to skin.
I only eat steak occasionally, but I would eat it a lot more often If I could find a grassfed source. I have 4 oz or so of grassfed ground beef almost every day though.
