how much retatrutide should I try?

I’m looking for advice on using retatrutide and how much I should use. I want to use it safely. I’m 33 years old. 6’1’’ and 290lbs. I would like to get back my life. I’ve made some Diet changes already and I’m already down 12 lbs. But it’s just not enough. Do you recommend I do 2 mg a week. And do you think 12 weeks is long enough?

1mg/week for at least the first 4 weeks. That dose may be fine for longer. If it is just stay there until you need more appetite control then go to 2mg/wk and so on. More is not better here. More will fuck up your gut. Take it slow. Slow results are sustainable results.
