how much proviron to add to cycle?

I'm going to be doing a cycle of testosterone and equipoise, 500 mg of testosterone and 400 mg of equipoise. I'm wondering how much proviron I should add to this cycle. I would like to get more effects of free testosterone and also help with estrogen. Do you think 10 mg is good enough or do you need to push up to 50 mg?
