ok i know i am super fat today i think i am going to do a body fat percent i am trying to get my weight down to 190 my starting weight was 240.
In two weeks i have lost 6 pounds.
my diet is i am just trying to eat calorie restrictive at 1900 calories a day. my protein consumption i am trying to keep relatively high to continue muscle growth. I have been eating right around 1900 calories a day and my protein consumption is around 170 to 180 grams of protein a day
i know the rule of thumb is to eat protein grams according to body weight.
does this rule apply seeing that i weigh 234 pounds now but want to weigh 190 and have nearly no shred of fat on me
