50ml? i think u mean 50mg?

it should really be taken daily in any case and it would have been better for you to ask these questions before taking it and then asking how to take it.

Read around and you will find many posts about winstrol kicking about.

Research, you only have one body.

i cant believe how many people start injecting themselves before doing any basic research - most people will do more research on buying a car then they will on injecting their own bodies with hormones.

PS you're a bit small to be using aas - maximize your natural limits before drawing that first needle.
