How much peanut butter do you eat?

I know its been asked before, but how much is too much? I weigh 275 not fat and want to throw it in because i hate flax oil???Gimme some info fellas
 
I throw a few tablespoons in my protein shakes....I would say about 4 tablespoons total a day.
 
I bought , all natural, no sugar, no sodium.....How much should i eat, because i feel like eating the whole jar...lol
 
Just curious how much different does it taste than the other shit, bc i love the other ones....all natural doesn't sound like it taste too good. Then again i am a juice head, when i hear "all natural" it never sounds good..LOL.

What is crazy is that reduced fat peanut butter has more carbs and sugar than regular. Natural is o.k., but has all that water on top.:sick:
 
First off, go with the all natural. You can tell its all natural because the oil is seperated and on top and it has to be mixed. I find that it also tastes better. Stay away from skippy and the other types of peanut butter. I take in 2 tablespoons 1 hour before I train, because I am on a low carb diet my body needs the fat for energy and it also helps from preventing you to use protein for energy.

Actually it should be oil, not water. You just mix it up when you open the jar, then keep it in the fridge and it stays together. Tastes awesome, I like it a lot better than the stuff with all the sugar and saturated fat like Jif, Skippy, etc. Natural PB is all protein and healthy fats in a concentrated package, it's the bulker's best friend. I buy the Laura Schudder brand, it's in just about every grocery store.

Definitely go with all natural! Read the ingredients on the other stuff... ICING SUGAR? Is that what you wanted to eat?
 
definitely go for the all natural PB. For those of you who have Skippy and Jif crap, you gotta switch. When you buy it, just read the ingredients. There should be just peanuts and maybe salt.
I have Laura Schudder's PB. Tastes great, but I cant find it in crunchy. It comes in big ass jars that last like a week and a half. Sometimes I get Adam's PB when it's on sale. I gotta try the Smuckers.
I have like 4 or 5 tbsp a day. ...great source of fat.
 
try throwing back a big tblsp after you workout and watch the performance and results increase after a couple of weeks.
 
Bought 4 jars today...hope to have them all finished by next Sunday...I WILL weigh 290 soon.
