How much off time should i give myself???

I went on a Fina 50mg/eod, Winny 50mg/eod cycle for about 4 months im now off and taking all the post cycle stuff.....

I want to know what the least safe time i should wait before hittin it up again???

2-4 months off depeding on how fast you recover. Get blood work done for more accurate measures.

Yeah i ran a long cycle but at a smaller dose then most suggest i think..

I like running long cycles and doing them at smaller doses then most would that way i actually get more on my own during that period of time and less help from the stuff........

You should go off for about as long as you were on for!!

I always run mine around 16 weeks or so, and I used to do time on= time off. Now I go on for 4 and come off for 3 if the the tests come back A-OK.

Well i dont think it was stupid that i decided not to include any test in my cycle..

The reason is that test hits me really hard, retains alot of water on me, and tends to give me the bag of potatoes look...

I was trying to get as cut as possible and didnt really care about size.

I ended up dropping to around 6%bf in the end from 16....
