How much Milk Thistle should you take with 40mg Anavar ED?

I know some think Anavar isn't hepatoxic, but according to www.oxandrin.com it can be. How much milk thistle would you guys reccomend?

I think 500-1000mg/Day would be a good dose and ALA at 600mg/Day would be a great addition to help you liver as well
