How Much is to Much?????

EF members,

I have been lifting for a while now. I usually do legs Monday, chest & trisTuesday, back and bi's wednesday and shoulders & traps thursday. My sets and reps change every so often from 4x6 to 5 sets of 10. I have grown considerably. I do many sets for each muscle group. Lately I find myself exausted and unable to feel worth a shit, no energy whatsoever.

Should I change my workout days to every other day so that I can recover better? It would better help me and possibly others on the board if everyone would post their workout days including sets and reps.

Thanks for the help bro's and sis's

Damn. October 08??? You should have deloaded before your cycle.

Maybe try and get more sleep at night. 10 hours if possible.

sl hit the nail on the head. any time you just cant get into it your first solution should be to take a break. if you find that you need breaks to often then look into shortening up the gym time. some of my best w/o's have taken no longer than 30mins

Could you bro's give an examlple of your workout schedule and sets reps. I am begginning to wonder if I am over doing it on the workout itself.

i alternate all of this. i respond verry well to extreme intensity low volume training. i do it 95% of the time. i think some people would do better with maybe 60% of the time. its easy to over train this way. you need shit loads of food and recovery time.
