how much HGH for HRT?

I'm looking for some advice when it comes to using growth hormone for my HRT. Was thinking about using 1-2 IU per day. What do you guys think about that dosage? I'm 58 years old and I'm also on 150 mg a week of testosterone. I want to put together the best HRT possible and get better sleep, better energy, and better anti-aging.

Start at 2iu and see how you respond to it. At 58 you should see a lot of benefits from 2iu. I gained a lot of benefits at 36 when I started at 2iu. However, if you want to increase, increase by .5iu every 3-4 weeks. This will give your body time to adjust to the new dosage. You can keep increasing until you get bad sides, then drop back an iu.

2 ius is good legend but even 3-4 for your age
