Black beans, prune juice (tastes like ass ... but awesome for fiber), brown rice, fruits and veggies. Black beans are just one of the BEST foods for you. Protien, carbs, fiber, anti-oxidant, heart protectant, cancer fighting. This little fuckers just rock. I actually love them. Here is the best way to eat them.
If you eat eggs for breakfast, scrammble them in with your eggs, and whatever else you do. I wrap them in a tortilla for a breakfast burrito with some cheese. I also eat my rice south american style with black beans mixed in with them. Make sure that you strain them out of the can to get all the sauce off them. By far the best fiber source in my opinion. If you are plugged up from super high protien intake, have 2 cups of prune juice. I usually drink 1 cup per day. I actually dont mind it. I need to keep my fiber high becuase of the high amounts of protien i take.
