How much exercise we have to do to lose weight and keep it off?

hello everyone i am new member of this community and want to know that how much exercise we have to do to loss weight. thanx
 
That is a very broad question. Everyone responds differently to exercise. The number one most important aspect is your diet. You need to eat clean and less calories than you're burning. Also cardio. Lots of cardio.
 
Welcome to the forums vs! Yeah, this is a really broad question...along with the cardio and dieting, lifting and getting enough protein are definitely important if you want to keep your lean muscle mass. I always prefer to lift before cardio just so I have all my energy and can use correct form.
 
When I'm cutting, I prefer to do my cardio in the morning while fasted. I know that's not ideal for all, but it works for me.
 
I think what makes cardio first thing in the morning to work is that people actually do it and not put it off.

vs587617, what is your status? Weight and muscle mass? Building muscles helps fat lost. Muscles are fat-burning machines that are working for you 24/7
Diet
30-40 minutes of cardio daily.

My answer is as broad as your question though. You may want to share your status though
 
It varies according to the individual I guess. If you have more fat, you will need to exercise more for obvious reason and vice-verse. And once you achieved the goal you need to exercise still in order to maintain your body.
