I was the same way. I was a terrible student in grade and high school. I barely graduated. However, I worked awhile in the real world and discovered without an education or a trade I wouldn't be making much of
My life so I went back to school at 20 and I did very well. Graduated with 3.4 undergrad as 3.85 graduate gpas.

Funny how shit works out. My teachers and principal told me in hs that I wouldn't be anything and id be in jail by time I was 21. My guidance councillor told me he'd be amazed if I amounted to a ditch digger once.. So what, I went to jail a few times... I won the cases and now I do better than all of them andddd make in 6 mos what they make in a year. I showed them lol
 
We all mature at different rates and school is just something that is not fun for a lot of kids.

My brother dropped out and he makes 65000 a year much more money than me and I have a masters degree.
