134. I've lost 6 pounds in the last month. Kind of scary. I think it's all good weight though because I'm consuming SO MUCH more protein than ever before.
I haven't done any cutting or bulking "phases", maybe some day, but if I was then I'd consider myself to be currently on my cut for a while. I'll probobly try to bulk up after my triathalon in July, and at the same time really push the Navy Seals stuff.
