How much did your lifts increase during first cycle

What were your natural lifts, and by how much did you increase it after you have done your first cycle? Exerrcises such as

Bench
Incline Bench
Squat
Deadlift
Pullups
Dumbell Presses
Rows

etc
 
i did an all dbol cycle back when i was 18, 4 weeks at 25mgs a day, gained about 20lbs on my bench, and kept it.
my second cycle was 500mgs sus,400mgs deca, 30mgs dbol cycle, and my bench went from a 1 rep max of 275, to 345. barbell curls went from 80lbs for 10 reps, to 135lbs for 10 reps. thats all i can remember off the top of my head.

Wow bro. Was that on your 1 rep max, or something that you did for reps? I am guessing your bench was in mid 200's?

Bench flat.....I gained 75lbs first time out
Incline Bench actually decline 110lbs
Squat 90lbs
Deadlift 75lbs
Pullups don't really know, cause I put plates on the belt...
Dumbell Presses I do overhead barbell presses...and gained 60lbs
Rows Couldn't really tell ya, do the stack on the row machine for sets...it's 270, then I do hanging rows laying on flat bench eleveated bring up to mid chest with 315.

My gains were awsome, first time out was a fina/prop combination with 75mg EOD of fina...prop was 100mg EOD.
Ran 8 weeks.

All this is according to my journal.

Bro you're an animal. Nice of you to keep track of all your progress. Those are some phenomenal gains.. a natural needs a long time to make those. How did your body composition change?
 
Gained 20 pounds, but at the same time lost BF. when from 24% to about 18.5%. My lean muscle weight was up 17 pounds, the rest showed water weight gain.
I did maintain 10 pounds of that for 6 months before I cycled again, but as with many bros the strength was harder to maintain, but kept alot of those gains as well....but didn't increase my bench but 10lbs in the 6 months after, and 20lbs on the squat.





My last cycle wasn't so bad either. There is an after pic in my gallary. It was a bulk cycle....and pushed my BF up to 24% my gaol is 15% in 10 weeks ....but right now, I can tell you I AM losing fat.
 
mid 200' s nah it was around 420 i was benching over 300 in high school when i was still natural and i wrestled 125 not a clean bench but not a bounce either now a days i can do like 320 for 20 was my best yet and 495 was a 1 rep max
 
Running 75 mg ED of Fina I gained about 80 pounds on my max bench. Went from a pathetic 275 to 355. But I really noticed a huge gain in over head presses.

Does anyone here keep a journal, or even work out? Come on post your numbers.
 
As a natural I was benching 405 for about 2-3 reps. During my first cycle that consisted of 250mg of sust/week and 300mg of deca/week I maxed out on bench press at 520 while weighing 245 pounds. - cbeaks
 
cbeaks, did you work out a long time naturally? Judging by that huge benchpress you have an incredible natural base

I worked out off and on not very seriously in high school but I didn't start working out seriously until I got to college. It took me 2 1/2-3 years after I started getting serious to bench press over 400 pounds. After 3 years of serious lifting (including one competition as a natural) I took my first cycle. I have always been naturally strong though. - cbeaks
