when i first started working out just under 30kg no juice or supplements not even protein powder, not all of that was muscle though i put on a little bit of fat too because i was just eating everything
I started in January at 137lbs. By September I was 155 with a shitty diet consisting mostly of sandwiches and alcohol. I think by December I was 165ish
Started lifting in high school as a freshman to make the wrestling team. I weighed 93 lbs and within a few months I was wrestling the 119 class. I made it to 140 class by my senior year. After high school I trained naturally for nearly 20 years and just started AAS a little over 3 years ago
