how much deca do you need to bulk up a lot?

I'm 5'7", definitely small man syndrome. I want to get bigger. I'm only 170 lbs but I have tried to bulk up as much as I can naturally. I would like to jump on Deca as a first cycle. How much Deca do you need to bulk up a lot? Should I go 300mg a week or should I go 400mg a week? How much testosterone should you use with it? I'm 26 years old.

Deca is the GOAT but it must be ran correctly and you must have a strong diet with it to get the best benefits. I recommend at least 300 mg a week.

If you're going to use sust on a cycle like this, make sure you're running it at least 12 weeks. Same thing with the deca. That's what you want to do to take full advantage.

Bros, deca is amazing. I would run it at 400 mg a week. It's very good and mild. Make sure you stack some proviron with it to balance it out and take n2guard too.
