Hey man this is not because we take AAS we should be crazy.
It is better to go slowly and to live than to die after 3 years.
You cannot stay on more than 12 weeks, with my personal experience. I do a lot of bloodwork and after 12 weeks :
- hematocrit begins to go too high and you risk a stroke and a heart attack, unless you give your blood (and 2-3 times)
- Blood Pressure will rise and rise and rise until you die if you stay too long on
- cholesterol will becoming worse and worse and worse and you LDL will end up killing your heart.
- LVH : Left Ventricular Hypertrophy : your heart will change change and change untill you risk the heart attack.
- Your liver will be damaged again and again untill cirrhosis (then cancer).
When you are OFF, cholesterol returns normal after a certain amount of time. Hematocrit and BP will gently decrease. LVH also, because you don't train your left ventricular in the gym, will return to normal. The liver will repair itself.
6 months on are crazy. A cycle is 10-12 weeks. 15 weeks MAX with a long estered compound if you give blood and take care. Not only because after it is dangerous, but also because after you become used by the compounds and it becomes harder to make more gains.
For me a cycle a year is already enough. You can blast 2 times a year but with WAY shorter cycles....and I personally recommand blasting just once a year to avoid any problem.
ps : forget the rule "time on + pct = time off" this is pure bullsh*t.
