how much coffee could be 300 of caffein?

i have been looking for pure caffein in drugstores and black market but without result .. nobody sells it ... im going to begin ECA... so how much coffee should i take for 300mg caffein ... thanks..

average cup of coffee is 115-175mg of caffeine. so your typical otc caffeine tablet is about 200mg so a little over a cup. Starbucks is on the higher end.

you should be able to find caffeine no problem in the drugstore. u in the states or abroad?

store brand knockofs (walgreens,eckhart,rite-aid,etc) also available in 100mg
