How much Cardio??

I am 5'10 165lbs and 10% body fat. It is all in the gut and I really want it gone!! I am not on any cycle right now, but have a pretty intense mass building workout. How much cardio can I do, to speed up the loss of the love handles, yet still make muscle gains? I havde been doing 30 minutes 4 days a week and I know that it is probably too much.

You shouldn't be doing cardio. Nothing burns more fat than having lots of muscle (well almost nothing). Put your efforts into lifting heavy and eating clean, with lots of protein, and carbs at the right time.
 
It is almost impossible for most people to burn fat with cardio and build muscle at the same time without gear. I would suggest you work in cycles. Do cardio for 6-10 weeks then go to heavy lifting for 6-10. You will build muscle that helps burn fat while lifting and burn fat and a little muscle while doing cardio. Also pay attention to your diet. Just my 02
 
if you stats are what you said they are and it is not a misprint then you have very low muscle mass on your body. i agree that you should hit the weights as hard as you can and quit the drinking and partying. i find that 3 times a week at 30mins each session still allows me to gain muscle.

Ditto......also helps you keep your "wind" for heavy sets of squats, leg presses and deadlifts.....
 
Thanks for all the responses. I don't drink or party. I don't have huge muscle mass, but I am looking for more of a cut look. I plan on picking up some gear in January and would only like to gain 10 - 12 lbs.
