I am 5'10 165lbs and 10% body fat. It is all in the gut and I really want it gone!! I am not on any cycle right now, but have a pretty intense mass building workout. How much cardio can I do, to speed up the loss of the love handles, yet still make muscle gains? I havde been doing 30 minutes 4 days a week and I know that it is probably too much.
