how much better is flax tha canola oil?

See canola oil is cheap, hell i don't even have to buy it, its just in the house. I'm not cooking it just drinking it.


How much better is flax is it worth buying over canola?

I've heard some scuttle about Flax increasing the chance of Prostate cancer, I don't know if I'm buying it though.

Based on the info I got from the limk MuscleDm gave I don't think I will worry about flax anyway. I eat tuna everyday and salmon 3-4 times a week. Safflower or canola should do me fine.
