NB-I fiqured that the body comp statement would get folks attention. No I 'm not cutting, but am transitioning from a bulking stage to a leaning out phase, not as dramatic as "cutting".
The improved body comp comes from an increase in lbm. I'm a natty bb, only other supp being used is r-ala. Course it could be the fact that I did 2 cycles of HST training. Although for the last 3 wks I've been using a modified 5x5. It could also be that I'm working out just 3 days a week. In other words who knows?
Ive been lifting for 5 years, and have competed for 4 . So can see results on myself. But to say for sure its the carao, would be jumping the gun a bit. I will say that Ive never been this heavy and this lean before, but time will tell whether its a help in cutting.
Without a doubt my cardio endurance has improved. Again I'm not doing a cutting cardio program. I snoe shoe and hike. I've noticed that I hardly breathe, I do lots of hill climbing on my snow shoes, so stuff like that rapidly becomes apparent.

On the libido thing-Yep mine skyrocketed. Its still way up there. As to why-I have no clue. Of course I'm older than most of you. Will be 45 soon. So for me this is a Good thing.
Certainly an interesting possibilty, this carao, but again no science on people yet. Hope this helps-valerie
