I’m thinks of adding it into my split training routine, not to sure if to add it to chest, or back, tried it on an arms day but i felt like i was over training them.

At least 3 sometimes 4/day. Most ever: 7 (in 24 hours). I thought my girlfriend was getting sick of it so I gave her a day off and she kinda got pissy, missed the cock I guess. Can't say I blame her.
Any more than 3 tho and I end up taking like 45 minutes+ to nut. I get sweaty and nasty and punish the puss more than it deserves.

Are we talking deadlifting/squat days or off days? One thing is for sure. You dont use it, you lose it. So even if you save up for the supersoaker battle, you need to at least pop wood a couple times a day to keep your T. AN invaluable tip. Stay as active as normal days without as much action.
