Damn, never seen it broken down like that before, I've read most people do 10 sets for arms, do you get good gains with your way? I would assume you do but just reassure me : )
Me:
Back = 13-15 depending on how much dl work is involved
chest = 12
shoulders = 9, 12 including shrugs
quads = 10
hams (directly) = 7
calves = 8 with lots of drop sets (4 additional sets for tibialis)
arms = 7 ea.
abs = 6 twice during a 4 day split
