Keeping heat in is inportant, I don't wear a hat because it would drive me crazy, but I will say my pet peeve is an air conditioned gym. Yeah, Megad, I never understood the cut-off jeans, one bro I am friends with wears em all the time, he competes in BB and is a big mofo, we always rag on each other at the gym, "I'll say nice daisy dukes, I guess you're already dressed to hit the gay bar later" and he'll say "you're looking full-term, when is the baby due", meaning I'm fat.....but it is in good fun and most people look on like we're crazy.

Actually I know a homeless powerlifter, he is an old guy, he decided to visit the powerlift center for his daily shower and it keeps him of the streets in the winter time, no need to say he can squat a reasonable weight eventhough its an old dude, he has not much other things to attend to besides deadlifting and collecting beerbottles...
