I lost no weight, actually gained some, and ended up with diesel runnning legs and calves and now can run hard almost everyday and it is fantastic. It got rid of the fat muscle bound thuggish look that the first cycle was giving me. Its funny because everyone though I lost weight after I started running alot even though I just lost fat and actualy gained some lean mass in my legs. My family was all like, I am so glad you stopped lifitng weights, you look so much better now, you were getting to big. I tired to explain to them I hadn't stopped lifting and I hadn't lost any weight I had just lost fat.
