Just keep sodium down and try to get in a LOT of Potassium. I know theres a post about Potassium and how we're deficient of it, and thats why our bodies give out.

Anyways, I found this @ http://www.eatright.org/Public/index_19285.cfm

Sodium and potassium are two very important minerals that your body needs to maintain good health. They both help regulate fluids in and out of your body cells.

According to a new report, most adults consume overly high – even unhealthy – levels of sodium, and many don’t consume enough potassium.

The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Science recently issued recommendations for sodium and potassium intake levels, saying healthy adults between 19 and 50 should consume about 1,500 milligrams of sodium per day and 4,700 milligrams of potassium.

Given the role sodium and potassium play in maintaining normal blood pressure, appropriate intake for both nutrients is extremely important. For sodium, if you eat a lot of salted foods, processed foods and table salt, consider reducing your intake. When it comes to potassium, increasing your consumption of fruits and vegetables will help.

I believe i read a post by StrappingYoungLad on MMSFitness about Potassium. I'll see if i can find it.
