How many mgs in a ml

Every suggested course I've seen shows quantities in mg. However I've always bought 2ml Deca amps and 1ml Sus amps. How does that compare? I generally take an amp of deca and an amp of Sus twice a week. Does that mean I'm taking too much or too little?

one vial of deca is normally 100mgs / ml total 200mgs

It doesn't say on the amps what the dose is? I would do some research on what you're buying before you start injecting shit without knowing what dose you're using. Post some pics of your amps on the pics board. There is bound to be someone on this board that will know exactly what you're taking and what the dose is.
Iron game is correct about sustanon. Most (maybe all) is 250 mg/ml. Deca can vary. I've seen it at 25mg/ml to 300mg/ml.

depends on what u buy also 1ml=1cc, for example :

Ttokkyo Deca300 is 300mg/ml which means
1cc(or 1ml) = 300mg of deca

now if u were to buy:

Brovel Deca200: in this situation in 1cc(1ml) of deca contains 200mg of deca.

Plifter you are correct but considering it comes in a 2ml vial then it cannot be 200 or 300mgs/ml, the most common 2ml vial is 100mgs/ml
