When on your cycle, how many cheat meals you have a week while on cycle?

What you guys do or eat, to stay from sweets, because its hella hard!!, diet and me become miserable.

thanks.

Weekends I cheat all day long. If I want 4 pizzas, I'll eat 4 pizzas. I'm not competiting, so I don't need to get to 3% bf lol.

Rest of week is strict though. No booze though. Only once every 2 weeks I drink, and it's only Vodka and no more than 3 drinks.

I try and keep it under 21 cheat meals a week...Got to watch my figure :qt:

LOL 21!, is there anything you can take, which will stop you from sugar cravings, (not candy or nething), just like regular junk food laying around kitchen??

I wish I knew. LOL.

I have a sugar free popsicle every now and then...I'm sure it's not the greatest Idea. But it's better than my fat ass forcing bear claws down my throat like dicks down paris hilton's pie hole....

Also seltzer water with lemon and ice is pretty good :)

Hope to find some good tips in this thread. Great idea :)

bro i almost eat a whole box of sugar free ice pops today lol!

None when I'm on a cycle. But my diet tends to suffer a little on the weekends since its hard to consume 7-8 meals when you're out with friends.

Yeah my prob is my work, iw ork wed - fri and every other sat 12 hour days. I use to take a shit load of breaks and eat on them, but someone complained about it, so 3 days a week i get half my meals.

My boss chewed my ass, but the dept where i work runs the whole plant. But they all take super long breaks all the time. Its just i get singled out all the time. If i didn't have them paying for my education id say screw them.

pretty strict during the week will have a couple cheat meals on the weekend, Usually heavy carbs since I keep my carbs low during the week.

during season.....3-5 times a week, need those calories and need to keep my weight up. off-season, almost never. and no booze.

yeah i used to carry protein bars in my pocket and i eat them while i was working

i diet perfectly mon-fri. But on the weekends when im partying and chasing tail its hard to keep a good diet. I cheat on friday and saturday nights. But sunday im back on track.

I always cheat on the weekends. The wife always wants to go eat at a China Buffet or McDonalds. I know it's horrible calories, but it's so good, and it's good family time. I have to cut it out now though. I'm buckling down to shred some weight.

When im bulken is Macdonalds
2 double Q pounders
1 cheese burger
1 large thick shake
Med fries
1 Apple pie

I have children so every Saturday is family day. Big breakfast, pizza, movie hot dogs and popcorn etc.

But that kind of cheating is worth every moment! Seriously thats a great thing to do with your family. So many families don't do that anymore.

Complex carbohydrates!

some people have 1 cheat day a week insteada binging 1 day outta the week it makes more sense for me having 1 cheat meal a day keeps you sane and the cravings at bay ends up being the same amount if you think about it

I never cheat if its not bulking. So when Im cutting and doing a cutting cycle I know that IM wasting my money if Im cheating. My reward is eating anything during my bulk then.

you can eat pizza on cycle.. but either make your own using whole grain dough or buy something like Amy's organic frozen pizza.

don't order pizza from some greasy fast food joint where they use processed white bread and cheap sugary sauce.

same with ice cream... eat natural ice cream or fruit based... instead of cheap high fructose corn syrup from dairy queen or whatever

burgers, make your own with good buns and quality meat, you don't need to go to a fast food joint.

these are little things that make a huge difference.

I love McDonalds. I'm trying to not do that anymore, some tell me here so I need to do different now. But I love anything from McDonalds, like soft serve ice cream or the best milk shake and fries and cheeseburger. I do walk on treadmill though, and jump rope too. I have lots of weight to lose. Lots of work to do.

Try reading Lyle McDonald's book "Flexible Dieting". That way you'll learn how you can easily fit McDonalds into your macros from time to time.

Arbitrarily restricting yourself from food is not what I'd describe as a healthy relationship with food. Moderation.

I just finished a four-month cut, I had planned refeed cheat days in there, including a trip to the continental market with my girlfriend just before Christmas, they have stalls with samples of food from different cultures, have to say having that day to look forward to and being able to relax with my gf made a big difference to my sanity...

We also went to the cinema on another refeed day and I was able to relax eat popcorn and enjoy the experience knowing my body and mind would benefit... I'm eating at maintenance right now with a view to recomp ramping up to a lean bulk... I suspect I'll factor in a cheat day once a week or once every two weeks where I'll eat what I want as long as I stay within spitting distance of my macros and cals...

Given that a lot of guys pay virtually no attention to their nutrition and still make gains, I don't see any measurable difference in results coming from a 100% strict diet vs 90%.... No need to make this lifestyle any harder than it needs to be.... Also your cheat day will naturally include foods the other days do not, and the human body responds well to variety...

Many diet plans may help you lose weight in the immediate term, but the results are often short-lived. Aside from these diets being too restrictive and inflexible, they result in more fluid loss than fat loss.
The most effective fat loss programs increase your resting metabolism even when you aren't exercising. The result is that you burn more fat and more calories during your everyday activities... even while your watching the tube!
When you have your metabolism working for you, rather than against you, permanent fat loss becomes so much easier and more enjoyable.
If you want to lose fat, tone up and create your ideal body shape (no matter what you've tried before), then consider getting a body shape director book.
Unlike celebrity endorsed fad diets and expensive supplements, my program is based on cutting-edge scientific research.
It shows you THE most effective way to re-shape your body... and keep it that way.

A few a week while bulking. I don't eat pizza or mcd's, my weakness is chocolate. Dark chocolate. Haven't had any in weeks. I want some now!

I'm a newbie around here, just thought I'd chime in. I've been working really hard to get my diet in check, but I cheat once a week. Usually Saturday or Sunday.

My cheat meals are the same food just more of it once ew. Kind of a refeed. I do not have a need for sweet or garbage food

My Cheat meal...not really a cheat either...just maybe an extra of what im already eating...we have the Last Friday in the Month we either do a Pizza or Chinese take out..so its once a month, as far as sweets..ehh an ice cream bar maybe 2 times a month...im not much of a sweet eater..
