How many carbs do you eat postworkout?

depends upon your insulin situation.

I am not one to ask for nutrition advice. My favorite words are "all you can eat"

I'm 170lbs, is 60g simple carbs--like grape juice enough or do I need more?

What do you guys think about simple carbs preworkout?
 
I'm trying to stay lean. I don't want to be a competitive bodybuilder, just in the 180-190 range at a low bodyfat %.

Yeah, I'm past being really scientific with my diet (especially when bulking).

I just make sure I get plenty of carbs, mainly simple, and an adequate amount of protein (at least 30-40g). Usually I eat twice as many carbs as protein.
 
I down a Ultra Fuel on the carride home (100g carbs, alot of dextrose yum) and then its as much protein and vegs as I can stuff down in the next few hours b4 sleep
 
I take in an n-large shake post workout with 5 scoops instead of 4.

Equals about 70g protien and 110g carbs simple and complex.

then 2 hours after that I eat 2 10oz chicken breasts with as many veggies as I can pack in as someone else said earlier.
