Yeah, I'm past being really scientific with my diet (especially when bulking).
I just make sure I get plenty of carbs, mainly simple, and an adequate amount of protein (at least 30-40g). Usually I eat twice as many carbs as protein.
I down a Ultra Fuel on the carride home (100g carbs, alot of dextrose yum) and then its as much protein and vegs as I can stuff down in the next few hours b4 sleep
