Wuz up bro's? I am 6'0, 185lbs, at 13%BF. Getting ready to obtain gear and start first cycle. I am going to be training very hard cause I want to get all the gains I can out of this. I want to do it right. I don't know much about dieting. How many calories should I take in per day? I want to drop to abou 10%BF and be solid and ripped. HELP?
